Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Here at Indigo 11, we want to make sure every piece is perfect for your home. If you are unhappy with an item, you can return any new, undamaged piece within 14 days of delivery with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging, Final sale items and Gift Cards are non-returnable. Simply send us an e-mail at hello@indigo-eleven.com.com and we can assist with the return!
Please note, the cost of your return shipping label will be deducted from your return.
To send a return, follow these steps:
Send an e-mail to hello@indigo-eleven.com.com stating the reason for return. Our customer service team will assist with the return process. Our team is available Mon - Friday, 9-5, the office is closed on weekends and holidays. They will respond within 72 hours.
During the returns process you will be provided a return label to return your items. The cost of this label will be presented during the returns process and will be deducted from your total refund.
Alternatively, you can take your return package to the shipping carrier of your choice. We are not able to accept US Postal Service at our location. We recommend a return shipping method that allows you to track the package to make sure the it reaches us. Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package. Postage and insurance costs, as well as original shipping charges, are not refundable.
REFUNDS
We will send you an email notification that we have received your return. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note, processing can take up to four weeks for returns.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Defective or damaged items are rare, but if there is an issue, we will replace the item. Send us an email at hello@indigo-eleven.com. Please state your reason for exchange and provide pictures of damage or defect. Since our products are made thoughtfully in small batches, your exchange could be delayed if we are out of stock in a particular item.
GIFTS
If your item was a gift, send us an email at hello@indigo-eleven.com and we’ll help handle the return for you in a discreet manner. You will receive a gift certificate in the amount of the purchased gift.
E-GIFT CARDS
E-Gift card purchases are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or credit.
