Shipping Basics 

• We ship out of northern California to the continental U.S only

• We use UPS for our shipping services and are therefore unable to ship to PO Boxes

Shipping Times

• Shipping times for in-stock items: We only offer Ground Shipping at this time and do not offer an expedited option. This typically means your item will arrive within 5 to 10 business days.  If the order is placed on weekends or after 3 PM on weekdays, we will begin processing the next business day. We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays. 

• Backordered items: Occasionally items may be back ordered or temporarily out of stock. If this happens, you will be contacted via email to inform you of the ship date.
